How can I pay for my online order?
Nikki Lissoni offers several payment options for our customers. Among those are major credit cards, wire transfer, as well as PayPal.

I just submitted an order - can I change it?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason we can't guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at webshop@nikkilissoni.com or call +31(0)73-6843418 and we will make every attempt to honour your request.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Every item that leaves our facility is packed with an emotion card, care instructions and an exclusive gift package.

Shipping and Returns

How do you ship and what is the shipping cost?
Shipping by regular mail (flat rate) is free of charge if your order amount is more than €50,-. These shipping costs are based on orders send by regular PostNL mail (not as a parcel), which will fit easily in a standard mail slot or box.

We can't be kept responsible for orders after the moment it is posted. Because we use regular mail, there's no track & trace option. If you would like to keep track of your order, make sure you choose the option to send it with either UPS or FedEx during the check-out process where you will see what the exact price is to ship your order safe and secure to your delivery address.

What is the time of delivery?
When we have received your order and payment and you choose to ship your order by regular mail (flat rate), you can expect your order within 3 working days when your delivery address is within The Netherlands. Deliveries to other countries take longer, but will be send too within 24 hours after receiving your order and payment.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Nikki Lissoni can only ship to PO boxes by regular mail (flat rate).

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Nikki Lissoni can only deliver on Saturday by regular mail (flat rate).

I would like to send gifts to different addresses, how should I do that?
The best way is to place multiple orders and send each to another address.

How do I return a (partial) order?
We want to make you happy and definitely not sad! So in case you would like to return your order or a partial order please contact customer service at webshop@nikkilissoni.com or call +31(0)73-6843418.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn and customer service should be informed by email. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. How long does it take to process returns?
Returns are processed within 24 - 48 hours after returning to our facility. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

What should I do if my package was returned to sender?

How can I tell what bracelet size I need?
You can choose the right bracelet size (17, 19 or 21 cm) by measuring your wrist. Wrap a tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your Nikki Lissoni bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1,5 cm. You can then add or subtract centimetres according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit. Order your Nikki Lissoni bracelet in a size as close as possible to this measurement.

How can I tell what bangle size I need?
All Nikki Lissoni bangles are oval shaped and available in three different sizes: 17, 19 and 21 cm. Instead of a traditional clasp, each bangle has a sliding mechanism so this means no too-tight bangles that bruise your knuckles when you try to squeeze them on. The bangles are expandable and are adjustable down to four centimetre in diameter and expand to about eight centimetre in diameter.
To find out which bangle size you need, measure your wrist by wrapping a tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your Nikki Lissoni bangle. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bangle fits comfortably, add 1,5 cm. Order your Nikki Lissoni bangle in a size as close as possible to this measurement.

How do I know if a ring fits me?
While the most precise way to find your ring size is to have a jeweller do it, you can easily do it at home. Whether you're sizing your finger to buy a ring online, or want to surprise your sweetie with a Nikki Lissoni ring, this method has you covered. Cut a strip of paper or a piece of string of approximately 1 cm wide and 10 cm long. Wrap the paper or string around the finger to be sized. Slide the paper or string up to the knuckle, as the ring must be sized large enough to able to slip off and on, over the knuckle. Use a pen to mark the string or paper where the long end overlaps and measure the mark from the end of the length of paper or string with a ruler. Locate your ring size by locating your measurement on the chart below. If the measurement falls in between two sizes, it is recommended that you choose the larger size.

How do I keep my Nikki Lissoni jewellery as beautiful as it is now?
You will keep it sparkling by cleaning it once in a while with a soft cotton cloth. Don't use any silver polish or other liquids, because this will affect the ceramic coating. This is the coating that we use to protect your jewellery against (small) damages and tarnishing.

What is Nikki Lissoni jewellery made of?
All of the jewellery of Nikki Lissoni is made of skin friendly materials and is nickel-free. All jewellery is gold plated, silver plated and rose gold plated. We also make use of the following materials: leather, semi-precious stones, pearls, mother of a pearl and SWAROVSKI®ELEMENTS. All plated items have a special coating that will protect your jewellery against (small) damages and tarnishing.

The picture does not correspond to the item I received?
Because all of the jewellery of Nikki Lissoni is handmade and because of the fact that we make use of natural elements, it is possible that the item that you received is slightly different. What is your warranty?
With every purchase you will receive a warranty card with an unique number. Keep your receipt and warranty card somewhere safely. If your jewellery was purchased through our Nikki Lissoni website and is in need of repair due to a manufacturer defect, Nikki Lissoni will exchange it with the same product when available. If the same product is not available it will be replaced by a piece of the same value. Your purchase is covered up to one year from the date of purchase and only covers damages that are not caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. It neither covers broken necklaces.

Please note that chemicals - such as perfume, cream, lotion and hairspray - may affect the PH-balance of your skin. This can cause changes in colour of your Nikki Lissoni jewellery and is not covered by the warranty. We recommend to wear one pendant on each necklace. Damages caused by wearing more than one pendant will not be covered. And last but not least: don't shower, swim or exercise without taking of your Nikki Lissoni jewellery.
