Methods of payment
Nikki Lissoni offers several payment options for our customers. Among those are major credit cards, wire transfer, as well as PayPal. We always aim to use the most secured servers, well known payment providers and keep everything as up to date as possible to keep your data safe.
Shipping by regular mail (flat rate) is free of charge if your order amount is more than €50,- (unless stated otherwise). These shipping costs are based on orders send by regular PostNL mail (not as a parcel), which will fit easily in a standard mail slot or box.

We can't be kept responsible for orders after the moment it is posted. Because we use regular mail, there's no track & trace option.
If you would like to keep track of your order, make sure you choose the option to send it with either UPS or FedEx during the check-out process where you will see what the exact price is to ship your order safe and secure to your delivery address.
Time of delivery
When we have received your order and payment and you choose to ship your order by regular mail (flat rate), you can expect your order within 3 working days when your delivery address is within The Netherlands. Deliveries to other countries take longer, but will be send too within 24 hours after receiving your order and payment.
Returns, exchange and repairs
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn and customer service should be informed by email. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
